 I won a voucher in a raffle for this whale watch....And I have to admit that it is the BEST prize that I have ever won in my life!!!Sue and Keith and their staff could not have done ANYTHING else to make our day more perfect...They looked after us so well and they fed us just the most delicious home made scones with jam and cream for smoko then the most awesome lunch of home cooked chicken and salads, then beautiful fruit and cheese platters for afternoon tea!! I took my 2 grand daughters and they just had the best time of their lives...They could not believe that there were so many mothers and baby whales!  | Thanks for an awesome last day in Hervey! I will never forget that baby whale jumping right out of the water in front of us! I had loads of fun just being on the boat with the very cheeky & friendly crew. I will be back and will be recommending you guys to everyone I know. | My 6yo boy and I went on your whale day trip on Friday and we had the best day out. Your crew, boat, food, service was 10/10. Keep up the great work Keith and crew. | This was a trip of a lifetime! The crew was fantastic and so were the whales!! I was amazed by these huge creatures and how playful and carefree they are. | We have been whale watching on many occasions, and although most operators in the Bay are excellent, we found Freedom to be outstanding. The vessel, the food, the staff....it was all amazing & already we know that next year we will be booking with Freedom again! A huge, huge thank you to Sarah for being so accommodating & for occupying our children for a big part of the day. You guys are the best. | Have done quite a few whale watching trips from Harvey Bay. Freedom s by far the best and yesterday exceded all expections. Usually we expect to see 10 whales in a trip. Yesterday we saw 30 whales including a southern wright mum and her cub. When it was time to go bback to the marina the skipper had to call in another boat to try and divert a pod of 4 to 6 whales from our ship just so we could start the moters to go home. Exceded all expertions was a once in a life time trip. The bad news is we will be coming back to try and exceed this momentous trip. | What an amazing day we had yesterday. From the moment we were welcomed on board by Keith, we knew that we were in good hands. Keith, Barry the skipper and the team made sure that we had a great day and made sure we had a laugh too. The whales were amazing, they came up so close that we were running around the boat trying to keep up with them. We have some amazing memories and photos to take home with us and if we are ever lucky enough to be back in the Hervey Bay area, we will definitely be heading back out to the bay with Freedom! | We had an amazing experience on Saturday – thank you so much! The boat was beautifully clean & well presented; the morning & afternoon teas and lunch were beautifully fresh and the staff were great fun, cheerful & very knowledgeable. The whales put on an inspiring show & I thank you for following the different pod movements so closely to ensure we saw as many whales exhibiting different behaviors as possible. I could not have wished for more – it was a wonderful, wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend Freedom III to anyone considering whale watching! Thank you! Thank you! | Had a fabulous day from begining to end. The weather put on a beautiful day. The crew were friendly and welcoming from the start. The food was plentiful and delicious, I highly recommend the home maid scones and profriteroles. Everybody was very excited when the whales turned up. The crew encouraged us to follow them from side to side as they moved around the boat. When things quietened down they'd move us on to the next pod. We had a dolphin race the boat at the bow that was thrilling. The trip back was a treat as well, coming back via the Fraser Island coastline and we even got to see a dingo on the shore. | We were so pleased with the welcome and fantastic day we encountered with the whales, scrumptious morning and afternoon teas and lunch of more, you could not want for anything else as the crew met every expectations. We were given the closest of encounters that you could only dream of, the whales circled the boat for 1 hour until we had to depart, I ran out of batteries in the camera because I took so many photos..
